Sofi Hersher Andorsky is Founder and Chief Strategist at Grand View Strategies, a boutique social impact agency working at the intersection of religion, faith and civic life. Sofi has built and advised campaigns for the National Council of Jewish Women, Washington National Cathedral, Faith Commons, A More Perfect Union: The Jewish Partnership for Democracy, Baptist Joint Committee for Religious Liberty, and others across the religious and ideological spectrum.
She is a former communications staffer of the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism, managing director of ignite digital strategy agency, and the current board secretary for the BJC. She is a 2023 Wexner Foundation Field Fellow and 2022-2023 Sinai and Synapses Fellow. Sofi holds a master's degree in Religion in the Contemporary World from King's College London and a bachelor’s degree in Comparative Religion from the University of Washington. She lives in Washington, DC with her partner and more plants than he prefers.
